Come drop in with us every Tuesday morning from 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM PST (doors will open at 6:40 AM and will close at 7:05 AM) on Zoom as we circle in practice and community.
What to Expect:
Breathwork
Movement (i.e. Qi Gong)
Mindfulness and meditation
Embodiment practices
Supportive atmosphere for sharing

Structure:
We'll open the circle with an intro and a brief check in from everyone. Then we'll drop into practice for up to 60 minutes. We'll finish with an opportunity for sharing/discussion and then close the circle.
What to wear and bring:
Comfortable loose clothing
A quiet space to stand, sit, lie
Cushion/Zafu (optional)
Small blanket (optional)
