Men's Embodiment Weekly Virtual Circle - 02/11/2025
Come drop in with us on Zoom for a deepening experience in the comfort of your home.
Men’s Embodiment involves connecting to your body, emotions, and inner wisdom through practices like:
Breathwork
Movement (i.e. Qi Gong)
Mindfulness and meditation
Visualization
Open sharing in a supportive group
Our weekly men’s group gathering focuses on helping men:
Feel more grounded and present
Process emotions in a healthy way
Strengthen their connection to self and others
This space is provided for men of all ages and backgrounds to connect with their body, mind, and spirit. Our sessions include breathwork, movement, and visualization alongside sounds and music to help you tap into your inner strength and vitality. The intention is to foster a deeper sense of embodiment and self-awareness as you bring greater presence into your life.
We'll open the circle with an intro and a brief check in from everyone. Then we'll drop into practice for up to 45 minutes. We'll finish with an opportunity for sharing/discussion and then close the circle.
Zoom will open at 4:45p.
Please arrive early to allow time to settle in.
Doors will close at 5:05p.
Whether you're a seasoned embodiment practitioner or new to the practice, this group is open to men of all levels.
Things to have on hand:
A quiet space to stand, sit, lie
Cushion/Zafu to sit on
Small blanket and/or warm layers
A Beginner's Mindset
